Returns & Exchanges in Four Simple Steps:

1. Contact Us:
   To start your return or exchange, please email us with your reason for the return, along with a photo for clarification. Contact Us.
2. Cancellation Form:
   Once we receive your request, we'll provide you with a cancellation form. Please fill out the form and send it back to us via email.
3. Return the Product:
   Ship the product back to our warehouse at the address provided in the form. Be sure to include a tracking number for your return shipment.
4. Refund Process:
   Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

• Return Shipping Costs:
  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will vary depending on the shipping company and the return destination.
• Return Policy:
  You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please note that sale items cannot be returned for a refund but may be exchanged or credited with a voucher.
• Exchanges:
  If you'd like to exchange an item, please let us know at the time of return registration. We’ll expedite the exchange process to complete it as quickly as possible.
• Out-of-Stock Exchanges:
  If the item you'd like to exchange for is no longer available, our customer service team will assist you with alternative options and expected availability dates.
• Order Number:
  Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after purchase. If you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service for assistance.
• Damaged or Defective Products:
  If your product is defective or damaged, please Contact Us immediately and include a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.
• Late Returns:
  Returns outside the 30-day period cannot be processed. Please make sure to initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refund Processing Time:
  Once we’ve received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. You will be notified when the refund is complete. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
